產(chǎn)品介紹：自由浮球式蒸汽疏水閥是國(guó)內(nèi)外近年來(lái)的蒸汽疏水閥之一，產(chǎn)品技術(shù)質(zhì)量和制造工藝達(dá)到上同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的水平，能將蒸汽管道網(wǎng)及供熱設(shè)備中的凝結(jié)水及時(shí)排出，并組織蒸汽泄漏，該產(chǎn)品廣泛用于石油、化工、輕紡、印染、制藥、造紙、食品等工礦企業(yè)。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：1、能連續(xù)排水性能穩(wěn)定，排水量大，漏氣率小，背壓率高。
2、不銹鋼空心自由浮球是閥門(mén)*的主要部件，采用不銹鋼高精度研磨的圓浮球，
3、內(nèi)部零件，均為不銹鋼，抗腐蝕、耐磨損、使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
Introduction:Free-ball is one of the most advanced traps in China in recent years.Both its quality and production rechniques enjoy the same level of the products of its kind of trap is fully able to timely discharge the condensed water in the wteam pipelines and heating equipment and to block the leakge of steam.This trap has an extensive application in petroleum,chemical industry,light textile,printing,pharmacy,paper making,foods and mines.
Structures:1.Stable discharge of water with large amount,small rate of steam leakge,high rate of back pressure;
2.The main oart is the hollow free-ball float trap of stainless steel,which is the round float ball finely grind in this trap.
3.The parts of this trap are made of stainless steel,featured with anti-corruption,abrasive and long service life.

維護(hù)與檢修
疏水閥運(yùn)行期一般為12個(gè)月，到期打開(kāi)出口體清除臟物，清洗濾網(wǎng)，如介質(zhì)雜質(zhì)較多，可以酌情提前清洗。疏水閥由于使用過(guò)久可能有封閉不嚴(yán)現(xiàn)象，這時(shí)，要及時(shí)更換或維修（如維修：打開(kāi)出口體，把閥蓋卸下打開(kāi)，檢查閥片，閥座密封是否磨損?？梢杂?00目金鋼砂混機(jī)油在平臺(tái)上研磨，達(dá)到電二件互為密封為止。）  
 

故障現(xiàn)象	可能原因	解決方法
漏汽	1 ．閥片、閥座的密封面嚴(yán)重磨損；	研磨密封面，使其達(dá)到密封；
	2 ．密封面上存有污垢或水銹	打開(kāi)閥蓋清除污垢或水銹
	3 ．閥前無(wú)凝結(jié)水、蒸汽過(guò)熱	關(guān)閉疏水閥前截止閥
連續(xù)排水	閥蓋沒(méi)有擰緊或者閥蓋有泄漏蒸汽直接進(jìn)入控制，使閥片打不開(kāi)。	旋緊閥蓋或排除泄漏處，可用耐高溫密封膠修補(bǔ)泄漏處
